Got a recent email from a russian company and they thought it was made by a company called Titan or victoria.Russian i think, the victoria might translate as Victory but still at the guessing stage

I've got one on my Fat ti, looks and works great... had one on my Moots road bike and it never felt right so changed it to a "normal" King.

So I know have a spare King ti headset, should probably get rid of it.
