Wow, that is a rare fork! Love those shaped dropouts.
Smashing find.I love when rare stuff comes up 
The metal is going to come up damn well,most of it is unblemished though the rear looks a little worse for wear,should clean up for the most part.The little burrs one the top will come off easily enough but the dent[:?] i think is best left well alone,clean it up certainly but dont try to file it out prior to using wet & dry
