    So you like them a little bit then?

I rode them everywhere on every kind of surface BITD, for two years and I never got a single puncture.

They were my single best investment back then, and I hope they're as good this time round, to me.... ;)

LBS got them in 95/6 ish and most of us bought them
on one standard evening run 8 out of 12 of us had flats with them
normal was 1/2 per month

let me know how you get on with them this time round

I've had really good results from using these back in the day,, certainly no issues with punctures,, the only minor issue was the deflation if left for prolonged periods.. , which is normal for latex tubes.. other than that.. I likey.. :)

Good score steve.. :)

old latex tubes with a 6.99 price tag, i can remember paying 16.99 for them in the 90s

Yeah I seem to remember paying a lot more than 6.99 for them bitd... :?

Rode them for a couple years too back in the day.....you had to air them every ride though. very pourous. I liked the thin butyl Panaracer lite tubes better and they were very close to the same weight.
