I have a 2.5tdi a6 avant
Cost me a grand 03 plated years mot and 4 months tax
My first diesel , love it
Can get 5 ht bikes in the back or a complete motor cycle , with a bit of disassembly
With room to spare
38 mpg ,52 on a decent run
It's silver and looks like all the other ones

we have a lovely alfa 16v 156 sportwagon, 150bhp due to be remapped sometime next year, should see nearly 200, iirc. will get a pic up at some point

Had an 02 plate one for 4 years - brilliant car. Lazy but lovely engine.
Went out looking for it's replacement a couple of years ago. Wanted an A4 3.0 TDI. Ended up with a V8 S4...... Ooops

Weeeeellll... I think this fits here....

1962 Hillman Superminx. With tinworm. And the engine blew up as we were driving it home (head gasket went with style!).

So, it's currently sorned, and being welded. The plan is to fit a 1.8 MX5 engine, and supercharge it. Should make a healthy 200bhp.
