Got this frame back in late '05, and built it up as a racer.

Used it till '08 when it developped a cracked weld on the seat tube. Took me over a year to get round to having it mended, but it was worth it. I got a quote from Steve Potts but that was way more than I'd even paid for the frame originally (it did include replacing the seat tube). In the end I went "local" with Enigma whose builder Mark I'd spoken to at the cycle show. A good job for me. There's plenty of metal on the repaired weld so should be nice and strong, and that ring of weld adds a little flair to the frame.

Finishing touch were re-issued decals, don't know if it's cos I've stored them for a few years but they were tough to make stick to the frame (I've done stems before with no problem). Was extra cautious cos they've now been discontinued again.

One stunning frame. Really is a prestige piece :)

Agree with the cable hanger comment, genius.

Quite possibly the coolest thing I've ever seen on a bike. Is it an Ibis "thing" or a one off?
