How easily are retro parts to come by in the Philippines?

Hard. my friends and i had to search every old bikeshops here just to find leftover stocks, and mostly are shimano parts. i had a help from a friend in other countries to find exotic parts like these coda 701 cranks. now my problem is ceramic brake pads
