Hello all.
This is my Gary Fisher Tassajara from around 1996 (I think). Its been in storage for 10 years and is nearly in its original spec. It was kept in my father-in-law's carpentry workshop hence the sawdust and general grime!
To be honest it was bought for the wife to cycle to work so has never seen any trail abuse. The saddle is a big comfy gel one (coz the wife is a big comfy girl!). The bars came off my GT LTS 2000 and the pedals are large flat alloys from somewhere (?).
I don't want to do much to this bike, it's pretty much pristine. So a good clean, lube and polish as a start. Then I have a set of XT v-brakes and an XT rear mech to fit. Probably change the chain and the tyres because they are miss matched.
