ALAN carbon frameset. Slowly builing up with campagnolo OR groupset.

I'm a roadie so not too sure of the age, anybody ridden one of these,i've had ALAN road/cross and track frames in the past.

It requires a 27.2 seat pin, if anybody has bits to suit please let me know, i've got new transfers,Cinelli Grammo stem,3TTT bars, sorted for wheels and cassette,SRP Mr Grumpy's,Campag Bullitt shifters, Record OR b/b need mechs and chainset. Trying to keep it as Italian as possible.

Any advice welcome.

Good luck for your search of italian parts.
I think I'd have some paper regarding. I'll scan if I'll find ;)

Hi CYB, the scans would be great please.

The seat stays are meant to be curved, seen a couple of other ALANs with curved, maybe to absorb the bumps? Also seen alloy ALANs with straight stays.

Thanks for looking

Shamus, ALAN looks great, how does it ride? Is it 27.2 mm seat post?

I've seen a couple of ALANs now each have differing cable routes.

Many thanks

Just found this two little pieces.
Not much I know and in italian as well.
I think it's understandable ;)

no. 1, your adventure with "bent" chainstays

n. 2, oversize one

They both come from an old 93 catalog, the price was in italian "lira". Just to compare something: at the time you can buy a puond (£. 1) for L. 2.500 ;)
