Fookin ell didn't realise they were such an old company

keep it simply because it'll be rarer than the common as muck fats and kleins ( sounds like a dodgy music duo ) and before they get all arsey what is it they say " historically significant "?

But they won't see this , they don't look at crap eh :wink:

1990 (ish) i believe....

Was pretty common BITD, but i suppose quite rare now.

got the relevent carrera cat in front of me
however there is no year on it ,anywhere

should be 300lx for most of it

from my point could be from 88 onward as that's when i started in this nonsense

Cool! any chance of a scan, copy, of pic?

The guy who I bought it off is letting me have a box full of virtually unused 300LX stuff, which he took of shortly after he bought it BITD.

My Dave Yates started life as one of these that got upgraded one part at a time and found a new home.

Was bought as a "last years model" in summer of my final year at Uni which would make it a 1990 model.

Hi-tensile all the way except the seattube on this one.

Wouldn't be here atall if I'd not started somewhere.

before that it was Exage Country/ Mountain/ Sport etc.
