Got this frame forks combo from the Bronx and a very kindly man going by the name of Rob- thanks fella :cool:

best wrapped bike of the year!

was trying to keep this period but alas group-set is '87 and the bars are earlier than '86 but hope to keep the bike looking of it's time.

Here is a quick mock up but I'm still waiting on a few bits so will do a full comp list when it's all in the garage.

Now finished- Ill do some descent pics latter

cheers folks and know what you mean about the front end, the wheel feels miles away when you are in the saddle :shock:

mind you the slack angles do grow on you.
 
For gawd sake get rid of that saddle....its terrible!

Having had slack angles on my old Saracen, whilst they're comfy they arent built for hammering.

I assume this is for summer cruzing then?
 
That is achingly pretty. With the exception of that spoke protector, which I'm afraid I'm going to have to insist that you remove immediately :LOL:
