Nice

White gripshifts look a tad odd though...black would look much better on that.

Probably look good with the saddle on, it's just at the moment they stand out too much on what is a stealthy bike!

Look forward to seeign the finished bike :D

not quite done but enough for her maiden voyage out this w/e. weight is under 20lbs sans just the grips! :D

yes i rode it without any grips as i'm still not done adjusting the cockpit. it's super low, but was still very ride-able. also still a few adjustments need to be made.

Wow, we got some exceptionally warm weather this Easter w/e. Missus and I took advantage of it and did a lot of cycling. But on top of that, spent some time fine tuning the Merlin. :D

Since I had a long enough steerer now for the Manitou, decided to cut it to the appropriate length to raise up the handlebars to a more comfortable height. Especially enough to clear the top tube. Also decided it was time to install some NOS clear ATI Tomac grips. 8)

With this configuration, it weighs in at 21lbs. However, once I source a replacement steerer for the Bonty fork, those will go back on, and I should hit 20lbs or less.

Last few bits that will also be installed is the white flite gel flow saddle, as well as a set of champagne Ritchey WCS SPD pedals with titanium spindle.
