looks like an alan ,but its a not a road bike and it hasn't got alan
on the lugs anywhere ,not found a frame number either
ali lugs carbon main tubes but with a rough ridged finish
1 1/8" head set threaded ,and the ali forks are a work of art
if anyones interested i'll do some better pics

peugeot did something similar and so did Grisley. Sakae did an aluminum tubed version so it could be anyone of those.

I never saw a Grisley with that sort of detailed work.

my first thought ,for about 5 mins was trek
but then koga
but looking at the allens posted on here the lugs and backend are the same
the forks look allen too but straight bladed not with a curve
its about an 18" frame
it was given to me by a mate who's sister runs a salvage company
they do house clearances and the like
it had courieresk innertubes on the frame and is as found cept the inner tube removal, odd set of chainrings fitted as well 52/46/24
and the stem has holes drilled in it too

its built exactly the same as a Peugeot I have except the front end is nicer on yours
