They should be alloy for this version, the brown & black SIS version had these chromed steel wheels which look much better IMO 8)

bitd my sister had a mustang (the same colour as yours) and i had a massif so i've got a soft spot for them :lol: :lol:

whats the rear mech on the mk1 mustang your re-building ?

The Cape Wrath (a mates bike) is pretty damn good, except the fork which by modern standards is pretty piss poor.

Weight is about right (30lbs) for a £500 hardtail from '05.

Good job there! I remember Mustangs well, I had a Raleigh Amazon as my first MTB and I remember the Lizards well too!
