Pace frame weighs 3.9lbs or 1.7 Kg.
Whole bike with SPD's and suspension forks weighs 22.5lbs.

Damn. I'm jealous you guys can ride. I'm racing in Phoenix, AZ in two weeks and I haven't pedaled a bike in almost that time!

Bet it was a slow ride what with being stopped all the time by folk drooling

I remember taking my Pace home from the shop, didn't want to sully it by riding on the road for its maiden voyage so caught the train from Stockport upto New Mills. Two different guys at the station spent ages drooling and reminiscing. Not long after took it to Coed Y Brenin. It had the biggest crowd of all the bikes in the bike park outside the cafe.
See it IS hip to be square
