No apologies for the "didn't want to faff around with obsolete disc tabs" and "lockout yes please" build. It's a rider.

Really it could be an "original build but forks and brakes upgraded in 2001" concept. But more by accident than design, rather like the colour scheme which fell together by itself....

Frame:16" 1997 Pace RC200 F6 Ti-coloured, Decals courtesy Gil(Thanks LaundryMike and Wu-Tangled for looking after it before I got my hands on it...)
Fork: Pace RC38 Airforce 2 (2001) - wanted a lockout fork (Ebay)

Handlebar: X-Lite XLR Straight Ti (Taken off the Dave Yates last year when I put Renthals back on ) Logos faded off but a good, light durable bar.
Grips: Whatever I had lying around. Pro I think.
Barends: Black X-Lite Stubbie Pro (Retrobiker I forgot the name of)

Brakes: Hope DH4 Front, Enduro 4 rear (2001-ish), 183mm front,165mm rear (Thankyou Retrobike for Rear "3" half which made these brakes usable at last - had them in sparesboxfor 4 years)

Shifters: Paul Thumbies(NOT PERIOD)/Dura-Ace Barcons (Spares box) Considering M952 Rapidfires as I'm not convinced these work well enough or look the part.
Front Derailleur: FD-M952 (thanks DaveSSmith)
Rear Derailleur: RD-M952 med cage (MadCowKev)
Derailleur Cables: Shimano (New)
Cassette: M952 12-34(Spares Box)

Bottom Bracket: Royce 113 (thanks Sustasbulbas)
Pedals: Look S3 Black (Spares Box)

Hub Skewers: M750 XT for now. Discs are too powerful to compromise safety here.

Tyres: Green Wildgripper Lites (Spares Box)
Tubes: Whatever- Geax probably (Spares Box)

nobody cares how old it is ,

Well now people are starting to vote, then it seems like some people do....

So far it looks like the other thread is the place for this...

All good things come to those who wait....

In dialog about the right decals.
Wheels due to arrive in the next couple of weeks....
Front mech on its way.
In negociations about Royce BB....

Everything else is done and like a fool I never photographed it in bits as it arrived day before my 40th (always said I'd have one before I was 40) and was a bit busy and got carried away putting stuff onto it....

Stupid to spoil it with an early preview.....

So far the votes are saying this is the right thread for it.... Any protesters better get votes in pronto as poll expires in a couple of days!
