Paid for, now waiting for delivery

Any ideas on what to do to it?
it's gonna be a rider so bear that in mind.
1. ditch the quadras (will put mag20/21 or Manitou 2 - i already have these)
2. replace the Zoom stem and bars with a 100mm stem and Hyperlite

It's hard to know until you actually receive the bike. You've already said you're going to replace the fork and stem, which would have been my first suggestion. I'd lose the cage, but other than that it looks like a nice bike.

If you change forks stem and bars the bike will be fine as it is. If you're in the mood of spending money try with pimp wheels - ringlé hubs, I mean, maybe in silver...

Mission Control would be great, however not that easy to come across esp a short one

Had a thought last night about putting some RS1s on it? they're basically rigid anyway

and have a PINK sticker

Mission control are hard to find... But the bar have angle, so, if you find a 120mm, it's like a 110-100...
At this time, bikes geometry were a little shorter with looooooong stem.

Why not for a RS 1... Not the stiffer fork but funny..
