Hi Folks

Just picked this up today as a workhorse for towing the boys. Its not in bad nick and its all original - well it was when i took this photo earlier :D

Can anyone tell me more about it? Certainly not a contender for bike of the month but WTF, when it gets some slick tyres it will go like the clappers.

Darren

That looks perfect for its intended use! Are you going to try and keep it original?

Hi Alan

Its all working well though it needs a good clean, so it will most likely remain original until bits just give up the ghost. That huge saddle had a big rip so its been replaced with an horrific looking yellow/black/wee bit of blue selle italia seat that actually suits it.

And it may need new wheels - the spokes seem to be made of iron :o
That said the rims are quite nice but they are nearly as wide as the tyres

Admit it, you bought it so you would have something to put your saddle on!
