Knew you'd like that one..I also owned an original first year (I think 84) Panasonic ATB and the following year 85 I had a Pro ATB in Yellow. I sold that off to an old roommate that's ridden it maybe 10 times since the fall of 86 and I'm claiming it back this summer. I also worked my way up the ladder on their road bike models starting with a DX3000 and went up a model every year until 89 when I got a PICS bike complete. I sold that two years ago and am still kicking myself...I may get it back one of these days. It was real mint and I've seen a couples others in the same color since I sold it but haven't found mine yet. Mine came with the name engraved in the stem.

Thanks to everyone for all for the kind comments. Fun time remembering the days when less gray.

I've seen a few Panasonic bikes of the same sort of era when woking in Germany. Nice looking frames 8)

It was a rider yesterday in fact. Put almost 20 trail miles on it. Stopped after a few miles to scoot the saddle back a tad and it felt great after that!
