return of the O! updated and finished 3/2/09

got the aluminium O back from bob jackson, i'm chuffed as a very chuffed person!!!

not gonna build it till next week now as i'm starting work at 6am tomorrow but when i finish a nightshift on the 4th i have 18 days off to build and ride it!!

i went for a original-ish job on it, i sent bob jackson some pics of original paint jobs and said do that but in white, you will notice that there isn't a headbadge, well i decided that i'd get one made by the headbadge lady in the US, just got to finish the logo thing that i want and send her the details.

couldn't wait to get started on this so instead of waiting till my 18 days starts i decided i'd doit today before i start my nightshift at 6pm.

1st thing was to go to GA cycles, i didn't have tools to fit an 1 1/4 headset, the crown race was such a sod, there was excess paint on the fork which meant removing and cleaning up the area before the crown racr would fit, have to say it was an utter barsteward!! after that i quickley went over the threads everywhere to make sure there would be no issues with the b/b etc, then it was go home time to build the whole thing!

i had previously built the bar assembly and the wheels etc so i knew it would be a relatively quick build.

i'd just like to say thanks also to everyone who has helped with parts, most of which came from here, i can't remember who i got what from but thanks so much!!!
