Finally, after 6 years lying around it's restored just as I wanted it to be.
I'm afraid it's not BoTM material due to the modern rims and spokes but the most important thing to me is that it is almost complete again :D
And now, full speed ahead onto the next project (Defiant's former Rascal)

The brakes are not functional yet....

Got to agree about the seatpost. Black would be good but a white one would be better (even though I've never seen one :? ).
Can seatposts be colour matched to frames? Just curious as stems, cranks, pedals etc have been. A thought for a different thread possibly :?:

Mmmmm... I've got an old Syncros lying around. It's an idea to paint it white and see what the result is

(in the meantime the black Syncros has replaced the kooka post :D )

Hi Martin,

The black spot is a Bullseye decal. No the frame is not cracked and repaired or something  I just liked the decal on that place and so I put it on.

Cheers, Rob

Ok, somewhere I thought I had seen that frame / hubs etc before.....

Well in that case you are a very lucky person I think... :D

Been looking for that fuselage in that size now for quite a while but am sure it will come up sometimes somewhere.

Btw how tall are you, saw that you have Defiants Rascal now and that was as far as I can remember a 20"???

Cheers

Lovely frame, but other than the thumbshifters and the saddle, I don't understand any of the component choices. I don't see a bit of color coordination, so I just gotta ask...do you have rods AND cones in your eyes? :D  :D
