My First Kona! by me, age 26 and a half.....

Scarlett

Dirt Disciple
right guys - you have probably seen her before as she was previoulsy owned by Sticklegs... he has now given my Bontrager a good home (she was gonna be too big for lil me) and I have conned him out of his lovely powder blue Lavadome... she is my first MTB (always rode road bikes as a young un) so bear with me - I'm still learning!

Spec is as follows...
RockShox Quadra forks
Campag Atek rims on Deore DX hubs
Bontrager seatpost and handlebar
Kona Ahead stem
DX thumbshifters
XT brake levers
Shimano Altus cantis
DX cranks with Middleburn rings
XT platform pedals
Shortcage XT rear mech and XT Mega9 front mech
Panaracer FireXC tyres
X-Lite anti-theft wheel skewers
Gold bolts! (to be replaced with red soon!)

she arrived with no brakes, so a shopping trip for some new clothes ended up with me buying a nice shiney set of Altus Canti's instead.. havn't got the back on yet due to some issues with no rear cable hanger..

here she is....
