Is the small stem a sizing thing?
 
That settles it, I'm dumping my bar end shifters and fitting these....

and I'm buying Brooks leather bar wrap from here. Man that bike is stunning!!
 
paint and stem

paint and decals by VAZ CYCLE FINISHES in HITHER GREEN.£90 for paint and decals,original colour was red metallic.short stem is due to me being a shortarse :D
 
brooks bar tape

ive got the brooks honey bartape on my roberts tourer,and it gets well grubby real quickly.if i was you id get black brooks tape or some CHARGE PLUG tan bartape,its synthetic and will clean easily
