Spec:
95ish M2 frame
RST USA Mozo Pro 85mm travel
LX cranks (changed to XTR later on)
Xrays changed to XT STi
Diacompe levers PC5?
LX Cants (brakes were changed to XT V-brakes at some point)
LX on Mavic rims changed to Spins

Absolutely brilliant bike, fab handling. Perhaps a little harsh/stiff, but i was young so it didn't matter

Nice!

Well thats changed a little bit hasnt it. Its amazing how different a simple bike can look.

I run a rear on my Tempest.

They are over rated, dont do anything......

but look pimp, and therefore retro cool so I'll never sell!

Yeah that sums them up. They're heavy but look fantastic.
Sold the spins, then sold the M2 to fund a Cannondale Raven
I've had 4 stumpies in total, still own 2; An 98 M2 Pro and a 98 Stumpie steel

Stumpies are just great bikes :D
