Lovely looking bike. My pal had a Pine Mountain which prompted me to buy my first MTB. I couldn't justify stretching to a PM so opted for a Bear Valley SE instead. Fitted it with Manitou elastomer forks (with about 1" of travel), SPD's and eventually up-graded everything to XT spec. That bike served me well for years. Lovely to see old Marin's being resurrected.
