I’m expecting a NOS frame and forks this week :D.
It’s Japanese and from the early 90s.

Pity I sold these recently..

Re: New project: arrived!

Wow, that's a bit different. Never heard of this company before. Love the neon yellow.

Re:

Yeah, me too!

Did a search on here to find out Latido was a Japanese brand.

Very interesting!

Re: New project: arrived!

Is that a soft tail with a pivot point behind the bottom bracket ?

And plus + 1 on liking this

What’s the history on the company ?

Re:

Very interesting, is this the set from marktplaats?
What are the building plans?
Love the combination of materials

Re:

Cheers guys! I have no idea about the history of the company either, as there is hardly any information available on the web.

This hardtail frame was indeed offered on Marktplaats. I'm planning to build it up with Deore XT m730/2/5 parts.
It has quite interesting cable guides, with more or less integrated ferrules, and Shimano dropouts, just like the forks.
More details after the weekend when I've had the chance to look at it more carefully..!

:D

Re:

Some details, as promised :)

Now, all I need is a decent black 1" threaded headset, ideally Deore XT, to get this project started!
Already dug out bike's worth of black Deore XT cantilever brakes (br-m734) and a nice rd-m732.

Thanks for watching!

Re:

Very nice, seem to remember seeing these offered in a catalogue somewhere..... Ron-kit maybe?

Proper loving the colour
