So is it spring, elastomer or air? or none of the above!

The steerer looks looong, is there any way to shorten it, do you have to cut both tubes?

cant wait to see it on the bike :)

Yes it is,
Don't know yet!,
Yes the steerer needs chopping, it's 250mm at he moment.
I hope both get cut or it could be one hell of a mess nutting it at speed.
Neither can I... when it gets here!

Well the fork has made it to me and is now in the shed of shame awaiting my attention. They are beautifully made and finished, so I'll have to up my game on this build. I'm now thinking of a repaint on the frame.

Not had them apart yet, I'm going to leave that to someone that knows what they're doing!

Well this is turning into a right bloody drama! The UBI fork doesn't fit, so now it's getting an Amp. The good news is I have everything for the build except a front Mech and a seat clamp.
