That was Super V 4000 or something that was supposed to be in production in 1994-1995. That didn't happen though and for some reason Cannondale stopped using Mr. Pong's (Magic Motorcycle) expertise as well.
I remember reading from somewhere that the wheels weighed a ton!

Who owns that bike ?

Yep, Magic Motorcycle.

It was unique in the fact that it used the same bearing for every moving part!

Was this taken recently? It has that "kicking around for years" look about it.

I saw the pic in Vintage Cannondale site as well and there it had a description that it was taken on Cannondale Factory Tour in 2005.
So most probably the bike is somewhere in 'Dale factory...
