My 1991 Scott Pro Evolution

Here is my newly purchased (Thanks Mr Kawasaki!) Scott. Arrived as frame and forks, so all thats been done so far is:
Cleaned and degreased, new style Scott logos applied to top tube.
Bottom bracket removed, new bearings, grease and rebuilt.
Suntour XC Chainset fitted (cranks hand polished)
Black seatpost quick release fitted along with black uno seatpost and red selle italia trimatic2 saddle.

Wheels are only on as nowhere to hang bike up in shed, but once cleaned etc, will be used on this build.

So still to do is:

Fit rest of Suntour groupset, stem, handlebars, cables, touch up paint, etc etc etc....but i love it so far!

Suntour fits perfect to those frames IMO But why Your's don't have oryginal logotypes? Neil had oryginal painting on it as I remember

Nice. Gil_m (Facebook "retrodecals") did the original decals for mine, he might still have them on file.

I chose to fit the newer style typeface logos as the originals were very scratched up. I know not to everyone’s taste, but a few little personal touches are what I like.

As its currently looking, lots of polishing and paint touch ups..... now i've got all the bits, hopefully this will be finished this weekend

Well the Scott is nearly finished, everything fitted, just some setting up required......and then its gonna have to go up for sale!
It would seem an Orange Prestige is coming my way!
