just taken delivery of a frame i though i'd never get a chance to ride, nevermind own!! i know its not the top spec 753 frame but the design, little detail touches and pure lustful nostalgia for these zinn frames for me sums up alot!!

plans are to use as much shimano deore xt as i can find kicking around and some components removed from previous builds to keep the cost down (especially when saving for the topshelf unicorn ;) ) just ordered some new sturmey archer rollers and ill pick up some seat and stem bolts tomorrow. this will be a very subtle, simple build and although not as high in the front end as ive got used to, im sure itll rattle along nicely in the peaks and at vueltasport

cheers

chris

Sometimes grey really works and that's no exception, I like those seat stays too - confidence inspiringly beefy

Checking in. Your builds are always your builds.

Interesting having read the history thread.

Lovely, pulling up a chair. Allways good to see a Zinn, I love the details on them.
