Are those 12" wheels? You might be able to find different wheels with spokes from a pram someone threw away.
I always got nice new tyres for my kids little bikes from those. The seats wear fast, tyres are fine but people throw the away. With my kids (on the bikes) it was always the other way round. Rear brake plus skidding fun... :roll:
