Strata or no Strata?

The fork serial (Retribike post) is AR162 and the vent holes are larger than my 91 Attitude which suggests this is a Strata fork (photos on first page). Not sure though. Any definitive way to determine Strata or not?

It's a Strata, serial number, big holes and smooth joins/welds 8)

Looks like Strata to me.

I think it's just the photo. I believe the paint color from the opposite side is showing through the holes in the cassette resulting in the dropout in the foreground to appear misshapen.

EDIT:
Turns out the hole appears misshapen due to mildly over exuberant paint application. The paint dripped ever so slightly and cured in that position.
