I've think I've got a couple of those - might be willing to post you one if you PM me.
(I did get them from a member here for free, so pass on the karma and all.)
My big bug bear is that I can't get any matching CroMo stickers for my forks.
Mine don't have F7 logos on, but have smaller versions of the CroMo sticker at the top of the seat tube.
Hard to see on this bad pic, but you can see they're not F7 logos.
