YETI FRO 91 Small frame from Thailand - almost complete

Monomusic

Old School Hero
I have few MTBs mostly I rely on shop to build and service them , This is my first project that I build on my own so fell free to comment ….almost completed will soon finished.

I have 3 Yeti FRO frame and I decide to build this one a bit more colorful mix and match the way I like ,but still using mainly Vintage parts , the next FRO would be more conservative.

Part lists
- Answer Bars + Stem
- Avid lever , custom anodized
- Control tech seat post custom anodized
- Grafton Canti Brake with Finger Hanger
- Bullseye Crank with CNC Chainring
- Zipp 515 MTB Wheel
- Geax white tires
- New produce Thumb shift
- Fizik test saddle
- Paul Rear derailleur
- XTR M900 front derailleur
- Hollow BB
- OnZa grip

Note on some work:
- I decide not to go for HED wheel and try something that people not normally do with their Yeti.. ZIPP is quite good , but I admit HED would be more Original. I also want to use this wheels on other bikes ,so I prefer to use ZIPP..
- I purchase many Yeti grip ,but look like Onza is good fit ..so I have to keep my Yeti grip for other Bike
- completed , but still need some fine tune – I still need to tune brake a bit and work on cable
- Still need a bit of matching may be replacing pedals with black one …

Re:

Very nice. I've still not managed to scratch the Yeti itch yet.

Great looking project...
