Yes. It's my third 'dale with the 24" rear wheel and the 18" fit fine for me. There's a smaller 16" size but with front and rear wheel in 24". On other hand, in those times, seatpost were not very long. So, you choose what was considered bigger frame some years later.Jamis Diablo":mq6s6ymu said:
