The pepperoni decal is for another project.
For the SM1000, the fork will have to be a ritchey steel fork, with a ritchey stem…
Shimano XT groupo (I prefer than the original shimano deore DX).

For the other frame (the black), the project is still open : pepperoni fork or RS1 fork, Perhaps suntour XC pro, shimano XT or mavic. It's a 130mm rear spacing frame…
