I needed something for trips into town, specifically something cheap, ugly and undesirable to thieves.
This popped up on Ebay fairly local to me, advertised as a 1990 model.

It seems pretty much original, bar the tyres - which are the most rotten Specialized Crossroad II imaginable.
I'm going to stick some decent tyres on, give it a clean and then simply use it (the saddle may need to change too...)
