Yes.
I'll measure up later. They are Spinner dropouts and the same orange but under layers of black.

You are in luck. 190mm dead on from the top of the crown race mount to the tippy of the fork. I'd use a very low stack headset if I were you. Same spec as Project II just with a bend.
