sorry mine is 16.5 but close enough. '94 Trek 8700. I kinda like the look of smaller bikes rather than stretched out larger sizes. just my preference and the one and only reason being short is good.

Thanks! One of two purchased by a couple in North Carolina back in 88. They were their Hilton Head neighberhood weekend bikes. When the husband passed the wife asked a local shop to sell them for her. I missed the auction close on his and messaged the seller who said he was about to put this up on ebay so I circumnavigated that happening.

Every now and then a real nice pair of vintage his and hers come up for sale. Usually the hers is more my size though :oops: :LOL:

All lovely bikes but it was the Avalanche that really jumped out at me.
