Help, what frame is this.

I have no idea what this frame is. It says ritchey pro logic tubing prestige by tange. It has ritchey dropouts, it has signs of a 'race light' sticker but I'm still not sure what I have here. I will load some photos on so you can judge what it is

I did toy with an idea to a kona but the tubing doesn't look 100% like kona. Now it does have the enlarged seat tube to bb like how an explosif would but I'm not swayed

Is the bottom of the seattube indented?
It is a Kona decal but I don't think any of the early Kona's had that canti cable stop.

Yeah exactly, it has the racelight sticker but that doesn't mean it is. The tubing is quality however.
