How old is it etc. will be my winter trainer with slicks.

If anybody has a cable guide for under the BB, that's all I need. Again, karma'd one a while back :facepalm:

Unless you're referring to the pewter cruet set I have no idea what any of that meant :lol:

Another lash up with this one. Total spend £30 and 20 of that was postage! Stx Mechs were a tenner.

Cable guide £2 from crc.

Karma cranks from xxnick1975.

The rest will be chosen from the shed by Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder with a little help from Andrea Bochelli.

Back to form then. Thought it was noisy in there!
