Had to clear out the shed today to find some missing non bike tools I know are in there somewhere :? so I thought I would do an up to date photoshoot while I had them all out.

this one came from the states, was finished in an awful blue but I decided a nice pearlescent white with white cables and a full dx groupset would look cool with this one - thats the birth of the ying and yang twins

Saracen trekker competition.

always wanted one of these in green, loved the idea of beefy u-brakes front and rear - this black one came along and I could,nt resist it full deore II except for the STi and pedals, I do have some thumbies and levers hidden away just incase but sti has never bothered me so it can stay for now, also have some huge deore II beartraps kicking around ready for an overhaul........................when I can be bothered :?

Beasty bike.

Melvin helped me aquire this one (cheers Melv  ), its still  in its building stage but its starting to look more like a bike now - before you say anything the saddle is going :) , gonna be XT M735 with STi , onza cantilever brakes,DX on wolbwr AT18 and pace forks.

Trimble Inverse (the rastamachine)

http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7622&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 & http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11860&highlight=trimble+rasta

this is my most colourful project, took a while to complete but it was well worth it, I got mine before tony joined the site and made them ten-a-penny  . frame from the states, paint from france and the rest from all over the world.

one of those love em or hate em rides.

the work bike

my not so retro marin muirwoods, does the job deore group, year 2000 frame

Image

now for the unfinished and unsure if I'm keeping em projects -

Fat chance yo eddy - gonna be M735 XT on this one.

Image

Hartmann Ram - built up and stripped again, nice vari lite easton alpinestars fork for this one

http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5249&highlight=hartmann+ram

Image

Kestrel CSX - gotta love this paint, M737 eventually with some Mag 21 SL's up front.

Image

Proflex 750

Needs paint but is gonna be a team replica eventually, suntour grouppo and a ti flexstem sat waiting for this one

Image

and the sworks, I want to keep this one but I also need the dosh for a holiday, IF it gets buil up it will probably be a suntour XC pro build

Beasty does it for me 8) Although I am unsure about the handlebar on it, and the need for a Girvin and Pace?

Ram is nice too

the combination af the pace ans the girvin came from an advert scan Melvin did, its on the ellison below. I anit too sure myself but it will do for now as its the only 1-1/4 stem I got at the mo.

That white Kestrel is one stylish looking machine. I can't help but think it'd look nice in my lounge as a focal point ??
