Here is my 1994 Jamis Aurora, I have never seen another like this.
She is all original except for the saddle and pedals, the saddle is now a Vetta SL, the original was a Spectra SL 260, but I cannot find any info on this anywhere. I suspect they are one and the same.
The spec pedals were Spectre UL Comp w/clips & straps, I have been unable to source any that are in suitable condition.
The full spec can be found here; http://www.bikepedia.com/quickbike/Bike ... g-Ptqzb3wk
Have a look at the photos, can you spot the mint sauce sticker!

She has been well ridden in the past, but has always been well kept and is in prefect working order. Now she leads and gentle lamb like existence with others in my overstocked stable!

up to a couple of days ago ive never heard of jamis.
one popped up on gumtree, local to me,with apparently xt gears all for £45!
got in contact and asked for some better pics which got sent to me but were still a little obscure .
arranged to meet him.
what got presented to me was pure dog crap!
the only thing xt was the thumb shifters!.all the rest was rubbish.altus c90 rear mech anyone??
it even had a cracked frame where the seat tube met the BB

he even described it as reynolds tubing, when it had a bloody tange decal on it!!
bloody chancer

i came home and bought a complete univega alpina 5.3 locally off ebay for £30 to ease the pain!haha

yours is stunning though!

This is lovely!!
I had a Dragon of the same year... viewtopic.php?t=116671&highlight=jamis+dragon
Very underated brand.
You should email their sales department with some pics, or even post one on their facebook page... https://www.facebook.com/jamisofficial?fref=ts
They're always really interested to see their older stuff, which is refreshing!
