Hi,
I have a Saracen Rufftrax with a damaged bottom bracket. I need to remove and replace but the non-drive side has a strange 6 notch pattern that I haven't seen before. Please see photo. Thanks for help and advice.

If the proper tool is not easily found, and the BB is scrap, you could probably work it free with a hammer and a punch after a healthy soak with penetrant. Be patient, work slowly and repeatedly in circles.

Cheers, Ted

If the axle wasn't in the way a pin spanner would make light work of that.
