87 Team Blizzard?

Can I change my mind? 88 Avalanche?

Them there are Toyo stays... ;-) so probably the '89 Avalanche as mentioned without looking at details.
Seatstay same colour as fork, rest in what ever colour the yellow actually is.

Helpful tip.

If you want to remove rattle can paint gently, leaving the paint underneath intact try nail varnish remover.
I have a frame someone sprayed over decals and all and I used cheap nail varnish remover (acetone) and cotton wool balls.
Wet n dry dipped in acetone is good to cut through the top layers.

Its laborious but you can pick a patch and it will at least tell whats underneath.

I used neat Acetone(Propanone) on my Rocky and it works as you say needed. Got bored once I had what I needed to know though.
