wheels are from another bike , but I have some nice 231 rims waiting for some mavic Paris Dakar hubs .

To do urgently is to change the awful bar tape , a green matching the saddle would be nice .
I am struggling with the position so the stem will have to change too .

It is riding very well , and climbs like a goat .

Very very cool Chris. I like that a lot.

Does this mean we have another addition to the meeting of the drops?

:D

thanks for your comments .

it is actually not that old , 1996 . It is a MTB frame and forks , but decided to go with drop bars after seeing Kev Yetis and others .

Yes Gus , now ready for a drop bar meet .

Wow Chris. Thats lovely, really nice.

I do like MTB's with drops. Some nice green cork ribbon will finish it off a treat!

With the stem you'll need something with a 25-30 degree rise. There are usually loads of "Profile BOA" on ebay that will do the job relatively cheaply.

That looks great Chris!
Nice choice with the drops.

Two bikes so close? Are you getting them in before the new arrival?

yes a bit of bad timing I am afarid . ;)

and I still have two to finish . and watching another one on ebay .

will it ever stop ????
