Specialized Stumpjumper 1989, Second summer project

Hi All,

After i found my main project for the next few months (the Hercules California Star), and got my fake M700 i stumbled upon this bike. A Stumpjumper 1989. It needs a lot of TLC but under the old grease dust en mud there must be something beautiful. It has a Deore II Groupset with tumbshifters. :D

It's a nice bike, great to use during a RetroRide

Is this the one that was on Markplaats recently? Good to see that the groupset is all there. Good luck with your build :D

Yes it was. The seller told me he had two identical Stumpjumpers, this one and one he sold a few days before.Accept for the pedals its all there.

Hmm. And I bought the bike from a guy near Nijmegen... it could be so...?
