I found it by meeting someone who I hadn't seen in a long time who knows BC.

And yes it is Barrie Clarke's 1991 frame.

The frame was used in the 1991 season and I have found an image of BC using it but can't find it right now. After it was superceeded by his next frame it was given to my friends step-dad, who he trained with. The bike was subsequently used to win the SAMS series in a couple of categories by a couple of people who the bike was lent to.
My friend got the frame back soon after that and sent it back to Raleigh to be repaired under their lifetime guarantee, they sent it back saying "no, it's a team frame so it's not covered!". Which is fair I suppose!!
