I have a 1989 Marin Pallisades poweder coated in white.
I will have to take a pic of it but it is currently speced with;
M737 hubs laced to Rigida snyper rims,
8 speed sunrace cassette
XT M737 rear mech
XT M7?? front mech
STX RC shifters
Suntour SC Pro brake levers
Middleburn triple chainset
Cheap nasty canti's

I am going to to rebuild it so their will be the old kit for sale.
The wheels will be NOS M730 hubs 36H with nOS UG 13-32T cassette on some new Mavic XM317 rims unles I can find some period and minty.
used but good XT M730 long cage rear mech
NOS M650 DX front mech with 28.6mm clamp DP.
used 6/7 speed XT thumbies just paid for them on here
NOS M732 brake levers
NOS M651 cantilevers.
NOS M730 BB
NOS M730 balck chainset with silver 46/36/24T rings
Headset will have to stay the same unless I can find a really good period 1" threaded headset.

I may get it repainted in original colours but I will post build pics as I go.
Wheels to be done first.

Hi, I have bought a couple of things from your eBay shop now, do you offer direct sales to Retrobike members with a discount?, save alot of eBay fees!

Cheers, Ash.

Viveo, I have a bricks and motar shop with a phone number and a card machine if you want to ring. So the answer is yes, there is an ebay price and a shop price.

Wheels built. I have photo's to upload tomorrow. It's getting exciting, the only thing I don't have is a period seatpost and a period saddle and a period headset. I'll have to stick to what I am using now.

The wheels with 7 speed 13-32T UG cassette fitted. The hubs are NOS M730 36H, the rims NOS X517 36H and the cassette is NOS as well. Spokes are Sapim Laser all round and they feel stiff. I figure for my weight, the number of spokes and the use it will see Laser will be fine.

It's done. Spec
Rear Mech RD-M730 XT used and a fair bit of play in it. It works well though.
Front Mech FD-M650 DX 28.6mm NOS
Levers BL-M733 2 finger XT NOS
Shifters ST-M730 6 speed with 7th click. Due to mech issues I have them on friction which I prefer anyway.
Cranks FC-M730 NOS with 46/36/24T rings.
Bottom braket BB-M730 NOS cup and cone loveiness
Brakes BR-M651 canti NOS with orginal pads. I have used a proper straddle cable though.
Wheels HB-FH -M730 hubs silver 36H laced to Mavic X517 rims with Sapim laser spokes and brass nipples.
1" threaded headset a cheap one.
Pedals PD-M520
Thomson seatpost and saddle I hate but as its comfortable I'll keep it.
