That's outstanding Roy. Must be the pride of your fleet (until other projects are finished)!

My untold guess was right, but being the first post didn't want too say. Most these bikes came with suspension forks on so the forks are quite uncommon in would guess.
But you're in the land of them...
Do you know what if any custom alterations are or geometry?

hi
i had a sneaking suspicion you knew FC. i've read alot of your rocky mountain
posts. very knowledgable. it's all a canadian conspiracy.
tell you what for playing the game with us send me a pm with your
mailling address and i'll send you a set of caps also. it's only fair.

yes this is the land of rocky, brodie, dekerf and toad (wink wink)
if it can be found, it will be found here.

as far as i know it's just a `stock' frame. not a custom order.
roc might know otherwise though.

Was 'bill' building these or where any outsourced to Chris.

I only knew as I'm sure it cropped up in as Tantalus thread and I think the 1992 catalogue has one wearing a set, has that prancing look suspension forks can give it.

Given the postage costs to here, I'll settle for a virtual set of caps :-)

if envy represents approval in your book, then yes. :(

if you ever decide to let this go, please put me at the top of the list of possible recipients. ;)

Lovely build. Missed this first time followed from BOTM.

What's the deal with the forks? Not seen any like that before. What's the thinking behind the shape (excuse the ignorance).
