Fork: NOS X-Lite Trimnell custom modified.

Headset: Raleigh 1 1/16
Stem: Ritchey WCS Lite, custom anodized, titanium bolts 130g
Handlebar: J&L titanium 165g
Grips: Cube foam

Brakes: M952 XTR
Brake Cables: Jagwire
Cantilever cable hangers: in the bin
Brake Levers: M952 XTR

Shifters: M952 XTR
Front Derailleur: STX
Rear Derailleur: M952 XTR
Derailleur Cables: Jagwire
Cassette: M952 XTR titanium 208g
Chain: yes
Cranks: Middleburn RS7
Crank Bolts: red quick release
Chainrings: Middleburn 42 32 22
Chainring bolts: titanium
Bottom Bracket: RaceFace cobalt titanium ISIS 186g
Pedals: M980 XTR

Hub Skewers: titanium front, rear Shimano, springs removed to save weight

lol.. i really cant tell if this is a comedy windup or some twisted genius.

if it IS an activator build surley the only challenge is to make one heavier than factory spec ;)

either way...watching ;)

IF (a VERY BIG IF) I ever decided to do an Activator build, I'd probably aim for something similar.... Needs Pace forks though.... :wink:

I had one, and pimped it, and rode it, and loved it, and then sold it on to another retrobiker, who also loves it :D
